Identify Requirements

Staff Tech works with you to clearly identify the job requirements and desired objectives, including the technical and personal skills, the time frame, cost, and the desired outcome.

Pre-Screening

All candidates are pre-screened for fit to the technical specifications of the client assignment.

Interviewing

The Staff Tech representative conducts face-to-face interviews with all candidates to thoroughly evaluate the adequacy of the candidate in relation to the unique requirements and interpersonal skills of the assignment.

Collecting Feedback

Staff Tech conducts Client and Consultant Satisfaction Surveys to evaluate Staff Tech’s overall performance in an effort to improve the quality of service offered.

Qualifying Technical Specifications

Our recruiter will often further qualify the technical specifications for the position to ensure that the consultant has the appropriate level of skill for the engagement.

Staff Tech Reference-Checking

Staff Tech’s reference checking policy calls for at least two (2) recent and relevant references for the candidate’s suitability and capability for the assignment.

Communicating Status

The Staff Tech representative communicates frequently with you and the consultant to discuss project status and potential concerns and take corrective action if needed.
